PAST LEADERSHIP AND PRODUCING

STUDIO THEATRE

Associate Artistic Director (2023 2025 - Present)

Studio Theatre produces exceptional contemporary theatre in deliberately intimate spaces, fostering a more thoughtful, more empathetic, and more connected community, in Washington, DC and beyond.

RATTLESTICK THEATER

Associate Artistic Director 2022-2023

Directing Fellow 2021-2022

Rattlestick Theater has been an artistic home to provocative, daring theater artists since 1994. Our mission is to produce ambitious plays that lead to positive social change by inspiring empathy and provoking conversation. Now led by Artistic Director Will Davis, the first transgender person to run an off-Broadway theater, Rattlestick is redoubling its efforts to support energetic theater that responds to the complexities of our culture through the radical distribution of resources toward the creation of new theatrical work.

ITA - Immigrant Theatermakers Advocates

Founding Member (2023 - Present)

We’re a group of artists who have made it part of our practice to advocate for immigrants in the theater industry.

Our goal is to eliminate the barriers that the United States immigration system and protectionist, xenophobic industry practices have put on immigrant artists, and to give us an equal chance to survive and thrive in this country while pursuing a career in a field we are passionate about. We do this by sharing knowledge about how the system works and how it can be navigated by both artists and institutions, making connections between those seeking help and those who can provide it, and uplifting examples of initiatives and projects that model the inclusive industry we dream of.

MIDNIGHT OIL COLLECTIVE

Founding Member (2020 - 2024)

Midnight Oil Collective is a venture studio that helps artists build and scale multimedia franchises that have the potential to create outsized financial returns.

Using a proprietary collective model created by artists for artists and fueled by venture funds, MOC treats copyrights like patents, works with creators to build companies around their IP, and scales the franchise so that it creates returns that maximizes both artistic and financial impact for the creator and the ecosystem alike.
